Introducing ‘Check Before Pay’ for Karachi. You can open the package and check all items before making payment to our rider. In case you do not like the items for any reason, only delivery charges will be payable.
(For other city customers, we are unable to offer this as we send via courier, however you can request to send a photo of packed items before dispatching if you have any concerns.)
Terms and Conditions
- In case you refuse the order for any reason i.e. do not like it, ordered size not fitting etc, delivery charges will be payable. If delivery charges are not paid, we will not be able to entertain any future orders to that address or customer. Exception is if a product is faulty, in that case delivery charges won’t be payable.
- Check before pay option delivery is Once a week, on Tuesday. Urgent deliveries can be sent via our courier partner Leopards courier, however that does not have check before pay option.
- Minimum order value of Rs. 2,000 is required for this option. Orders below that are sent via regular courier service.

Delivery to these areas can be made via our courier partner Leopards Courier. For the time being, ‘Check before paying’ option for delivery via our own riders is currently not available in these areas.
